The tartanhotels.com website has been designed to make it as easy as possible for you to find accommodation throughout Scotland.
You can submit reservation enquiries to single guest houses or use our multiple submissions to contact several accommodations at the same time, taking the effort out of finding available accommodation in your chosen area.
Whichever you use we will immediately contact the hotels who will respond to you directly by email letting you know if they can meet your reservation requirements.
Then simply follow the instructions in the email to pay your deposit and confirm your reservation.
Ways of searching on the site.
Map
Use our map to find accommodation by clicking on your chosen area. We will display a list of results. You can filter your results further by selecting a specific town or city on the map,

Simply fill in all your requirements on this form and we will return matching results.
Tourist Info Links
Click on our tourist info links to be taken directly to all results from your chosen town or city.
Browse your results and submit your enquiry
- To an individual accommodation, use the form on the accommodation details page
- To more than 1 accommodation, simply tick the checkboxes beside each accommodation you wish to enquire to and click send enquiry. You will be taken to a form to submit your reservation information. We will then email all your selected accommodations to enquire about availability.
Know where you want to go – try using our Search by City on the left hand column of the site.
Know where you want to stay – if you already know the name of the accommodation you want to stay in simply use our Hotel Information drop down on the left hand column of the site to find your hotel (they are all listed alphabetically).
What happens next?
After you have confirmed your reservation you will receive an email form tartanhotels.com with the booking details including the accommodation contact details.
Should you need to change or cancel your reservation you should contact the hotel direct. Alterations and cancellations will be subject to the accommodation's own terms and conditions.
Remember to take along your reservation confirmation to your accommodation. The remaining balance of your stay will be payable to your accommodation.
